Episode 5

Busy busy weekend.

Friday my poor Bombi (Ashmina) was still feeling sick from a nasty cold that she's had for a couple of weeks, so Mama and Papa came up to help out.
I had been in "single-mom-mode" for 5 days because Andy was super busy with work and then school (I can WAIT for december when it's all DONE!!!). So as a break we went out to Cheesecake Factory for dinner. Sachin was on his best behaviour and didn't run around, instead he sat with us and pointed out EVERY light in the restaurant! This was followed with him reminding us that the candle were hot. I had my favorite (chicken salad sandwich) and Andy had chicken/shrimp Gumbo. We took our cheesecake to go since we were stuffed. And it was AWESOME!!!

Saturday was suppose to be a slow relaxing day but it got screwed up because Andy got called into work :(
So Sachin and I went over to visit Ashmina guys. The two lil monsters ran around from room to room, and laughed and giggled the whole time. We left in the afternoon since Andy was on his way home. We spent the evening hanging around and watching random tv.

Sunday was going to be a busy day for Andy who was going to his friend Zack's house to help him with some outdoor work and then they work going to do work-work, then they were off to a concert of a new band in Maryland. So Mama and Papa came over to say hi/bye to Andy and then they took Sachin with them to the Leesburg house to babysit so I could cross some stuff off my list. It's amazing how much more you can get done when you don't have a little person making a mess behind you as you clean up.

Today was an odd day since Andy was home sick so Mama came over to nurse her little baby better. Which prompted Andy to tell me that in 30 years Sachin will be calling me to do the same. Mama was a great help in cleaning/babysitting and nursing. Sachin and I dropped her off in the afternoon and my poor baby was crying up a storm when he realized that we were at "meema's" (ashmina) house and weren't going in. So Mama had to bring Ashmina to the car so he could see her and then say bye. I had to brib him with watching Elmo when we got home to get him to stop crying. He cheered up and we had a pretty relaxing evening.

Okay...that's a wrap!
