Episode 7

So on sunday we went to Cox Farms here in Chantilly so Sachin could see some animals and I could go on the hayride :) The weather was suppose to be cold but it turned out to be awesome. Ashmina was going to go with us but since she was getting over a nasty cold, Neena didn't want to risk her getting sick again. At the farm they have about 5 or six different slides, cows, pigs, goats, all the smelly animals you can think of really. And Sachin called all of them "bow-wow".

We went through the corn maze, and down a couple of slides and then heading to the long line for the hayride. Since they were running about 4 rides at the same time we only waited 5 mins. About 10 minutes into the ride I looked over at Sachin and his eyes were getting heavy and he was almost asleep! Mind you that Andy and I were getting drowsy too. After the ride we stopped by the farmers market and got our pumpkins and headed over to Zack's house (Andy's friend) to help with moving a fridge. Zack's dog Kobe is huge and was very interested in smelling and licking Sachin. I think it's because he probably had some food stuck to him somewhere. Once the moving was done we came home and washed the farm off our little farmer and he was out. We haven't carved our pumpkin yet but I think we'll get around to it this weekend.

On Tuesday Sachin and I met up with his friend Abhi and his mom Jeanine at a story time. Sachin was very impatient with the lady reading and wanted her to be "all dee" and read an Elmo book instead. After the story time we went to Panera for lunch and then back to our house so the boys could play. Sachin is now starting to be possessive with his stuff so he wanted what Abhi had and vice versa. Abhi and Sachin became "friends" when his mom and I were in Mom and Baby Yoga last year. Since they are only a month apart they get along well.

This is the Ba-na-na video. Sachin started saying this about two months ago and now has stopped. When he says "all dee" he means "all done" I just think this is the cutest thing he's said so far but I'm sure there will be more to come.
