Episode 9

Friday was Halloween and it turned out great! Manny, Neena and Ashmina came over so the kids go to out together. Sachin was great when it came to putting on his makeup and doing his hair. I thought he may get freaked out by mine and Andy's makeup/outfits but he had no issues. He watched me do my hair and then apply the makeup and along the way I let him put some on me so he could somewhat understand the it was me and was pretend.

We took a bunch of pictures and then set out for our trick-or-treat-trek. Sachin and Ashmina were in the wagon so Neena, Andy and I walked with them. Ashmina was a little freaked out at the first house because she didn't understand why strangers were opening the door and trying to talk to her. But when she saw the candy, her attitude changed to, "mommy lets go to more houses." About 10 house later we were done. Then we opened the door to kids that rang our bell. Sachin was a bit confused by this but went along with it. Then it was time to try to wipe off the green, which was not easy. Then bed so Andy and I could "check" his candy/ eat his candy :)
